FILM THICKNESS/BIREFRINGENCE/SPR CHARACTERIZATION
The Model 2010/M prism coupler
measures thickness (±1%) and index
(±.0002) in x, y, and z directions without matching fluids for rigid or flexible
films (max. index 3. 35). Index at wavelengths from 405 to 1,550 nm and
dn/d T up to 200 C can be measured. Other applications include measuring index of bulk materials and liquids, determination of crystallinity
and orientation in polymer materials, and characterization of surface
plasmon resonances and SPR shifts.

EPOXY FOR ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS
Master Bond EP21FL is a two component epoxy for advanced manufacturing
applications. It is well suited for bonding
dissimilar substrates with different coefficients of expansion. As a lower viscosity
system it is ideal for potting, coating and
sealing electronics. EP21FL features
high performance castings, bonds and seals which are resistant to
thermal cycling and chemicals.
